Marcus Garvey in Schools Foundation (MGISF) has completed a pilot programme approved by the Early Childhood Commission (ECC) to infuse the philosophy and opinions of our first National Hero in the school curriculum.
MGISF has commenced a similar project in 24 primary schools across the island.
In order to raise funds to procure the educational supplies, MGISF has planned the “Garvey One Destiny concert” in the National Indoor Sports Centre on Sunday, August 20, 2023, three days after Marcus Garvey’s 136th birthday anniversary.
