Good Company Hosts Inaugural Seniors Expo: “Change the Way You Age!” – October 26, 2024

Good Company, a social enterprise dedicated to enriching the lives of Jamaica’s older adults through curated events and activities that promote social integration, well-being, and healthy aging, will host its inaugural Seniors Expo. The event, under the theme, Change the Way You Age!, will be held at Immaculate Conception High School on Saturday, October 26, 2024, commencing from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This event is designed to empower Jamaica’s senior population with valuable resources, expert guidance, and interactive sessions focused on healthy and active living.

The Expo will have expert-led activities that will provide patrons with valuable tips and strategies to promote well-being and embrace an active lifestyle. Inspiring Panel Discussions will provide insights from seasoned individuals and government representatives on senior support services. Stories from Our Seniors is an opportunity to hear and share inspirational stories and life lessons from Jamaica’s seniors. The Expo will also include health Screenings and live demonstrations on staying proactive about one’s health and discovering new possibilities. Patrons will be feted to live and engaging entertainment and a fun dance session to close out the day!
