At Touchstone Link we are committed to connecting with our clients and partners in a secure and legal way. We wish to be respectful and to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe when visiting our site.  We have developed the following guidelines on how we would like to see content represented on the platform.  We may adjust these guidelines as things change and so we encourage you to revisit them from time to time. We ask that all our users respect and honour these guidelines and in the event that you see content that breaches these guidelines, please let us know immediately.

EVENT CREATION

When Creating Your Event Please:

• Post content that is lively, celebratory and respectful, and that uniquely identifies your project in a way that excites and inspires your audience to attend your events.
• Post content that you have created yourself, or have obtained the relevant rights to utilise including videos, photos, logos, copy and more.
• Promote events that are safe, comfortable and secure, with all relevant permits, health and security protocols observed.

You may not do the following:

HARMFUL OFFENSIVE OR DANGEROUS CONTENT

• You may not post content that is explicit in nature. This includes photos, videos, logos, and copy. Touchstone Link reserves the right to remove content that that exposes certain parts of the body, or is intended to celebrate violence or to shock the viewer
• Do not post hateful/dangerous content. To be clear, Touchstone Link will not permit events from individuals or organisations that promote or encourage hate, violence, or harassment towards others, or which demean, harass, intimidate or otherwise threaten any societal group, whether based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability and age.
• You may not use Touchstone Link to create events that engage in any conduct that is (in our sole opinion) offensive, harmful, or inappropriate for general audiences, or that we believe constitutes or is likely to encourage or promote any harmful, violent, or illegal activity or outcome. These can include:
  • Events that facilitate illegal, and or, harmful or criminal activity of any kind.
  • Events that facilitate explicit sexual activity (including escort services), or pornography
  • Events that facilitate Illegal gambling activities
  • Events that promote the sale or distribution of firearms, firearm parts or hardware, and ammunition, or weapons and other devices designed to cause physical injury,
  • Events that facilitate or promote terrorist activity or organized criminal activity.
• Do not post content that:
  • Defames or libels any other person,
  • Invades a person’s privacy, or contains a person’s likeness without their permission,
  • Promotes potentially harmful or intentionally deceptive disinformation, or fraudulent information.

COPYRIGHT & OTHER RIGHTS

• You may not post content for which you did not obtain the relevant rights. Do not post content that is protected by copyright or trademark unless you have the express prior written consent of the owner of such right, including images, logos, videos, and text that you upload on your event listing
• Do not infringe on the Intellectual Property Rights of Others.  To be clear do not upload or distribute content on Touchstone Link that you do not have a right to transmit, under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships, or under nondisclosure agreements.
• Do not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from our services or any material displayed by Touchstone Link.
• Do not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion or aspect of our services.
• Do not resell tickets for events for which you are not the owner/organiser, or do not have the express written permission from the owner/organizer

DATA MANAGEMENT

• Do not collect or extract any information from our services for any commercial purpose, such as to resell information (whether personal or other information), or to create a data listing that might be used for the transmission of any unsolicited advertising, promotional material, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letter,” “pyramid scheme,” survey, investment opportunity, or any other form of commercial solicitation.
• Do not collect children’s data without parental consent

SYSTEM DISRUPTION

• Do not interfere with, or in any way disrupt, the operation of the Touchstone Link services, servers or networks. Specifically:
  • Do not post, transmit through or release into our services a virus, worm, Trojan Horse, time bomb, spyware, rootkit, cancelbot, or other computer code, file, or program that is harmful or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment.
  • Do not Access, or program any technology to access our services through any robot or “bot,” crawling or scraping technology, or other extraction technology (for any purpose).
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Services, through password mining or any other means.
