The OOCUR Conference is a flagship event for the utility service sectors and service providers. Each year, the Conference attracts participants from across and outside of the Caribbean region. These rates are exclusive to members. Please note that tickets processed for any non-member who pays the member fee, will be deactivated and put on hold, until the registrant pays the additional fee.
These rates are applicable to all interested parties who wish to attend the conference, and who are not members. To confirm member organisations visit this link.
Applicants will be refunded 50% of total fee paid, if their written notice of cancellation is received seven days prior to the date of the conference.  No refunds will be made after this period..
Organisations and individuals who wish to request an official invoice to be later paid by electronic transfer should complete the OOCUR MANUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM

The Ocean Eden Bay is a five-star resort for adults only. In the event that you are not staying at the conference hotel, you will be able to access the conference through the purchase of a Day Pass. The cost of the day pass for the OOCUR conference is USD$119 for full access to the property for the day. This includes taxes.
If you are also a speaker speaker at the conference the cost of the access for the conference facilities is USD$99. which includes taxes. This gives you access to the Convention centre and the coffee shop.
